Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TapBridge (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
TapBridge provides a platform for designing, ordering, and managing custom 3D-printed NFC-enabled physical tags and associated digital landing pages. The Service includes:
- AI-powered 3D tag design generation
- Custom tag manufacturing and shipping
- Hosted digital landing pages accessible via NFC tap or URL
- Tools for gifting credits and assigning tags to third parties
- Business card scanning and contact management features
- Optional Salesforce CRM integration
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. TapBridge uses magic-link email authentication — no passwords are stored.
You agree not to share your account access with others or use another person's account without permission.
4. Credits and Payments
TapBridge operates on a credit system. One credit entitles you to design, manufacture, and receive one custom NFC tag.
- Credits do not expire and are tied to your account.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
- Gifted credits may include conditions set by the donor (such as a callback button appearing on tags created with those credits). By using a gifted credit, you accept these conditions.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. TapBridge does not store payment card information.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Physical Products
Physical tags are manufactured to order. Once a tag is approved for printing, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. TapBridge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Tags are shipped to the address provided at approval. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Reshipping due to an incorrect address may incur additional charges.
Physical tags are warranted against manufacturing defects for 30 days from shipment. Contact support@tapbridge.io with photos of any defective product.
6. Digital Landing Pages
TapBridge hosts a digital landing page for each tag at a permanent URL. You may edit the content of your landing page at any time. TapBridge commits to maintaining landing page availability for the life of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish on your landing page. You agree not to publish content that is:
- Illegal, defamatory, or harassing
- Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
- Misleading or fraudulent
- Spam or unsolicited commercial communications
TapBridge reserves the right to suspend or remove landing pages that violate these Terms.
7. Gifting and Assignee Flow
When you gift credits or assign a tag to a third party, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the recipient has consented to receive communications from TapBridge related to the gift or tag.
Tags created using gifted credits may include a permanent callback button configured by the donor. This button cannot be removed by the recipient. By accepting and using a gifted credit, you acknowledge and accept this condition.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any logos, images, or content you upload to TapBridge. By uploading content, you grant TapBridge a limited license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service.
TapBridge retains all rights to the platform, AI-generated designs, software, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.
9. Third-Party Services
TapBridge integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and Anthropic (AI design generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. TapBridge is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
If you connect a Salesforce account, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your Salesforce license agreement and applicable data protection laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TapBridge does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. AI-generated designs are provided as-is and may require regeneration to meet your expectations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapBridge and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if TapBridge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
TapBridge's total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to TapBridge in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@tapbridge.io. TapBridge may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your landing pages will be taken offline. Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination, except where required by law.
13. Changes to Terms
TapBridge may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ohio.
